Enter Dan! This week's episode started off with Dan Miller arriving and the guys greeting him outside the Orlando home. Dan goes inside and jokes that he bought some news clothes and left the tags on them because if he doesn't make the band he's taking them right back to the store! (What a cheapo..lol j/k.) All the guys were extremely happy Dan was there and welcome him with open arms. Meanwhile... Erik can't sing! He had been partying too much and wasn't taking care of himself and got sick! (Has anyone else notices Erik is ALWAYS sick! LOL!) Every time he'd try to sing he just couldn't his voice was completely messed up. At a singing rehearsal voice coach Mark was not sympathetic to "poor" Erik's dilemma. At one point Erik stormed out of rehearsal because Mark was getting on his case so much and Ashley had to talk him into going back in. Anyway, back to Dan (whom I like so far. I like his energy) He did his auditions and did well. He seemed to get the rest of the group more enthusiastic again about getting things done. They had all slacked off a lot but with Dan back it all seemed new to them again. To make a long recap short. The guys all gather at Lou's mansion and he tells them some stuff about how they will only get better and that Backstreet Boys has been together for seven years and all that (I wonder if O-Town is tired of always hearing BSB, Nsync, LFO. How maybe SOMEDAY they will be as good as them. How very annoying. Personally I think they are already as good as LFO and most other "boy bands" out there. Although not quite on par with BSB & Nsync I must admit!) So anyway after Lou's little lecture or whatever he informs Dan that he made the band (like everyone didn't already know. The whole thing was a set up! come on!) The guys all hug Dan and say congrats and all that. And now Dan Miller is an official member of O-Town! |
